A few days ago, my husband and I were talking about a certain Venus picture. And I realized that the typical Venus image (Boticelli Venus/Venus de Milo) is not how I behold her. They are beautiful - without doubt. But somehow they are too pure and beautiful and the lustfullness is missing.
The picture was inspired by a woodcut. Unfortunately I lost the artists name. Does anybody know which artist I´m talking about? Please let me know.
(I misplaced my black Pilot G-Tec-c4, so for a change the cross-hatching is done in green.)

Looks familiar to me too. But then, I see so many naked ladies, that shouldn't be a surprise.
Har har har.
so you see so many naked ladies, that you don´t even remember their names? :)
