What happened?
Nichts Schlimmes. Erst auf die Zähne gefallen und dann später beim Essen ist ein Zahn quer durch bis zur Wurzel gebrochen.Da musste eine Krone drauf und bei den Kleinen macht man das nur unter Narkose.

Au! Hoffe, alles lief gut.
Everything is alright now. He´s finally sleeping (after a day of crying and vomiting) and I guess tomorrow everything is back to normal.
OK... so what happened... in English please. I'm glad he's doing better though.
In short: He fell on his teeth and while eating lunch one of his teeth broke right through to its roots. And here they give the kids anaesthesia when they are this small.

He looks so sweet like that, and i'm glad that it's not something more serious than a tooth. Hope he feels fully recovered by now.
He´s fully alright again... back to being a rascal.
